"The performance of the Krakow Dance Theatre is a perfectly composed performance, on the one hand "pure", extremely legible, but on the other hand - full of ambiguous nuances..." Anna Jazgarska about „WE/YOU" (no. 1-2/2018)

"...an extremely sensible performance surprised the audience. Anyone who claims that Krakow is a conservative city should see these Krakow dancers..." Hubert Orzechowski in an relation from TEDex in Cracow about "Poliamoria" (Newsweek Poland, October 2013)

"The spectacle is juicy and surprising, full of tension and vibrancy (...)" Teresa Fazan wrote about "Cicindela" (taniecpolska.pl, May 2013)

Krakow Dance Theatre has been working as an association since 2008. It was founded on the initiative of Eryk Makohon and is one of the most active contemporary dance groups in Krakow and Poland. Currently it is co-created by the artistic tandem Eryk Makohon and Paweł Łyskawa. The leaders of the Theatre invite independent dancers to artistic projects.

Dozens of events presenting and popularizing contemporary dance and related arts have been realized under the name of KDT. For many years, the Theatre has developed three basic pillars of its activity: artistic, educational and impressionist. Recently, it has also become increasingly involved in supporting independent dancers.
